Billing and Payment
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Interest charges of 1.5% per month will be added after 30 days. Recognized agencies supplying materials are entitled to 15% commission on ads purchased at the published gross rates. Total advertiser discounts and agency commissions will not exceed 20% off of the published rates. The agency shall forfeit commissions for accounts 60 days past due.
